The Travel Fixer provides travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking assistance. We do not operate tours ourselves.

All bookings (hotels, flights, activities) are subject to availability and third-party terms.

Payments once made are non-refundable unless specified. Cancellation policies depend on service providers.

We act as a planner/consultant. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by airlines, hotels, or local providers.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during travel.

Travel Documents: Clients are responsible for carrying valid ID, permits, visas, and required documents.

Changes: Itinerary changes after confirmation may incur extra charges.
